Shipping
Please allow up to 5-6 days for processing and shipping. Generally shipping takes 2-3 business days depending on order. Orders with tracking info may not canceled, if you wish to make a change to your order, please email shopmaneexpression@gmail.com immediately. If shipping confirmation has been sent, we may not be able to process the request.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of these products, for sanitation reasons,there are no returns. If we fail to meet your expectations, or an item is defective please contact us right away at shopmaneexpression@gmail.com, to further discuss. Please DO NOT manipulate the hair in any way, shampoo, comb, etc. if you are unsatisfied, this will void items from potentially being exchanged. Also note exchanges are case by case basis and solely determined by the company.
Lost packages
All orders will require a signature upon arrival. If you’re having trouble locating your package, please contact your local carrier office, prior to contacting Mane Expression. To ensure the package has not been returned. If tracking shows delivered, we will honor the delivery confirmation. Also make sure the delivery address match the intended address for shipping. Mane expression WILL NOT be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
